DEATHBOUND

GAME WRITER

Project Details

 

Deathbound is a one-of-a-kind party-based soulslike set in a callous world where Faith and Science clash. The forbidden city of Akratya is an unforgiving land that cannot be conquered alone. Bind with fallen warriors found throughout your crusade and dynamically transform between characters seamlessly in mid-combat with the unique 4-hero party system.

Responsabilities

 

I worked from 2020 to 2023 as one of the game writers, collaborating with other team members, writing the story, and documenting my work.

Highlights included:

• Planning the plot through the levels.

• Collaborating with the Level designers to convey the beats and environmental storytelling.

• Helping the Game Design team connect the core mechanics with the overall narrative.

• Writing scenes and dialogues, as well as creating characters’ backstories.

• Dialogue implementation.

SONATINA

GAME & NARRATIVE DESIGNER

Project Details

Sonatina is a challenging action-adventure RPG. Fight epic battles against formidable foes using rhythmic shmup (“shoot them up”) combat, brought to life in a charming 2D paper-inspired aesthetic in a beautiful but dark 3D world.

Tina's adventures in the Nightmare Realm will make you explore this vast, cursed kingdom, ruled by an evil queen and inhabited by the boogeyman.

Responsabilities

• Collaborating with the game design department to create mechanics that could help convey the theme and plot, such as different puzzles, time-loop mechanics, and a companion feature.

• Creating the plot, worldbuilding, and characters' backstories.

• Writing dialogues and implementing them in Unity with Ink software.

MECHAT

NARRATIVE DESIGNER

Project Details

Mechat is an interactive adventure with more than 15M users worldwide that simulates a dating app where you swap between hundreds of dating profiles of potential suitors and chat with them. Explore different archetypes, backgrounds, and stories. Make choices that impact the story, and take the characters on exciting dates.

Responsabilities

• Keeping in touch with marketing to know about the data that was gathered and creating content around that information.

• Writing scripts under a fast-paced schedule.

• Developing the chapters’ synopsis and story structure.

• Integrating the dialogue choices with the monetization system, thinking of ways to make them more appealing for player retention.

TRIX AND THE TOWER

GAME & NARRATIVE DESIGNER

Project Details

Trix is a J-RPG where you play as Trix, a mercenary who needs to pay a debt. In order to do so, she comes back to her home town and joins a competition to release the curse of the Tower. What she didn't expect was that the curse might be somewhat related to her bloodline.

Responsabilities

I was the game and narrative designer for this dating sim while working for the Male Doll studio. There, I was in charge of three dating-sim JRPG projects.

For this project, my responsibilities included:

• Coordinating the team through the development process.

• Collaborating with the game designer to define the puzzles and combat system.

• Creating the plot and writing the dialogues.

• Directing the art department through the process of creating concept art.

Project Details

Succubus Hotel is a slice-of-life dating sim with turn-based combat and a day-night system where you play with two characters: Corina, a cat girl, during the day, and Carmilla, the succubus, during the night. They must gather money to keep their hotel business.

A fun variation on the classic domino game. Put pieces together and create large mosaics! Space Trimino is a great casual game to sharpen your mind while relaxing.
